When cement should cost Gc15 the local firms deliberately keep the prices high to rake in huge profits. Te imports will keep them on their toes so they reduce the prices. PERIOD.

I think it is good that way. This is because the ratio which was used is now changed. Thus, the quality of the cement in Ghana has been reduced. And the prices keep on reducing.
