Probably they suspect you are trying to play a fast 419 and bring in some 50yr old aircraft , takes passengers money and crash them on a mountain never to be heard of again.
If you think you have done everything possible for a license and GCAAA is being obstructive just go Court and sue them for financial lose so that we can hear both arguments.
Going down on your knees and begging Mahama is not the way to acquire an airline license. Its shows you as a smei-illiterate who has no business running an airline in the first place.

My friend, anybody can register an airliner in any part of this world so long as she is airworthy and acceptable internationally and they are in one of the countries known for giving the best certificate ever. So then, what is their cry? What they're complaining here is complete and utter-bullshit to say the least. In simple terms, one can register an aircraft in one country and use another country as her home base of operation, same is apply to a ship. It is as simple as that. All they have to do is to get their fleet airworthy internationally, no matter where they are, that's all.

I know the job for the GCAA for ATOL is to inspect the Aircraft and the maintenance base,so what is their problem.The problem is they want money and once your eyes are red for it you lose respect.

These saboteurs are the people who blame government for no jobs. Delta Airlines boast of the benefits of opening the flights to Ghana in particular in Africa. Wake up, Ghana government.
