We were told that this Loan was a necessity for specific purposes. By reducing it, doesn't that undermine the ability to fulfil those purposes? Or, was it clandestine govt borrowing as was alleged?

Why does the Chief Executive now make public the issue of a review.....to court public support? Ghana definitely is not serious and posterity should not forgive today's leadership.
