Just talking is cheap! Ghana don't have the money, the affluent or prestige for such a development. At least not now. Anyone can pay CNN to advertise or promote their products/business

The man promoting this so called planned city cannot follow rules. Go and look at what he is putting up on Aviation Road in the Airport Residential area. See if he has left the legal space requirements on the plot. See if he ... read full comment
The man promoting this so called planned city cannot follow rules. Go and look at what he is putting up on Aviation Road in the Airport Residential area. See if he has left the legal space requirements on the plot. See if he is putting up an 8 or 9 storey building in an area not zoned for this height of building. Now you expect such a man to put up a well planned CITY. He cannot even follow the building laws for one plot and you think he will for this so called planned city !!!!!!!!
