Please some of the mistakes are from the part of the District directors, they make some typological errors. We pleading with you to effect our payment due us since such errors have been rectified. I for instance I have not received the January and February allowance due to this typological error and my district director has forwarded the right thing to the Head quarters but still no funds to be loaded. Please we are starving and so therefore pay us our allowance now.

To be franc, personnels are been treated unfairly in most district. Some of them are in remote area where accommodation is a problem for them and more than three months have already passed but personnels have only received a two allowance. The NSS should fair in payments for the allowances.

At a point I agree with the supervisors for not signing the forms earlier because some personnel leave their post and wouldn't do anything once the form has been signed.

I would suggest that they train more people to work on the computer to make the payment faster.
It marveled me when I read that they use two weeks for the processing. Why? They used to use two weeks to process our allowances when I serving in the 90 s so if you are still using two weeks this time, then I don't think you are telling the truth. say something better and stop those (Ananse nsem)
For we are tired of those things.
You are enjoying the holidays; how do want those personnel who are not paid to celebrate the occasion? The sad part is that most of them are far from their home and some even have wives and children ( se ebe wie)

Gh¢350 for service personnel in govt sectors as compared to Gh¢950-Gh¢1200 for service personnel in private sectors is unfair treatment. Something shd be done immediately.
