Those "mistakes" were deliberate, calculated and objective for the wrong reasons, and the chief architect was a certain extremely greedy John Agyekum Kufuor. He knew exactly what he was doing, at the same time that he tried everything to have Tsatsu die in jail in a doubtful judgment we all know about.
Kufuor never cease to amaze me. It was a very bad thing the presidency was given him when we all thought we could be a wise and determined leader. In the West, he would have been in jail already.

Yes, they are BUSINESSMEN with no discernible tangible product to market but yes, they provide clandestine services to their CLIENTS who equip them with suit cases stuffed with high denomination bills - dollars, pounds, francs euros and the likes to bribe our DECISION MAKERS like PRESIDENTS, VICE PRESIDENTS, MINISTERS, PARLIAMENTARIANS,EXECUTIVES, KINGS AND QUEENS, PARTY LEADERS, RELIGIOUS LEADERS, TOP SECURITY BRASS - OFFICERS, GENERALS, POLICE COMMISIONERS and BOARDER PATROL OFFICERS. Just ask Woyome, as an NDC financier, how he was able to secure a contract worth millions of dollars from the NPP Kuffour's government.
