  In Ghana labour strike takes precedence over productivity. No wonder the country is suffering from lack of employment. No investor is happy to invest in a strike-prone environment. In an industrial relations a strike is used as last resort after a collective bargaining has failed, but not as a coercion to destroy business as it seems to be in Ghana's labour situation.
