Would the minister agree that if the other state assets under GIHOC were not sold, cheaply, during the so-called structural adjustment period in the 80's, and neglected in subsequent years by the buyers, those assets would have yielded greater dividends now not only in terms of profits, but in employment and pride for the nation?
