Someone wrote about the 2015 not fit for purpose and this may be right after all. The Budget statement for 2015 was done as a routine but under careful consultation which included perhaps the Minister of Education to address the literacy rate in Ghana. No money for apprenticeship for the youth even there is Humado was the wrong person to have been put in charge as he milked the money to build his own private petrol station in the Volta region. No mention of early learning provision which most children need in Ghana to give them a haead as done in most developed countires because not every one can provide for that education given the socio economic most poorer families face in Ghana. Government assumed that all children have a taste of nursery education and only focused on free primary and secondary. The quality of teaching in Ghana on the whole is poor because teachers are not rewards for best teaching practice in schools. As a result that lack the motivation to bring quality outcomes.

Mr Minister, you are talking about the revenue side of the equation, when are you going into Paliament to talk about the effect of the drop in oil prices on the expenditure side of budget? This is not good.
