We may soon experience biomass crisis in Ghana just as like the Dumsor. I suggest IMANI should as a matter of urgency call on government to alos initiate the use of biomass to make briquettes to save the nation from impending biomass crisis, desertification and greenhouse gas emissions. The dwindling water level in both Akosombo and Bui dams is the result of loss of vegetative cover along the banks of the Volta river.
