    master the IMF give you a list of requirement to go and get rid of the 45% ghost names and comeback . Have you done that. You rather went and bought 260 Nissan patrols ?? Hummm this is not very good.

    IF WERE TO HAVE TO TRULY EDUCATED EECONOMISTS WITH A TRUE KNOWLEGE IN ECONOMICS, GHANA WOULD HAVE BEEN PRODUCTIVE AND TO SERVICE ITS OWN ECONOMIC BUGGETS.
