  This is happening because Ghanaians and Africa do not think long term just always short term quick fixes to get votes.We have never thought about population explosion and migration these are things we have to factor into all plans.You can do quick fixes when the problem is already there which wait can be an option but after the quick you do not just go to sleep to pass the problem to the next regimes.Those thoughts wreaks havoc on nations and retards growth.I do not root for Mills but this where I give credit to that guy.From past history all projects that were left uncompleted were abandoned by next regimes because it was seen as Npp,Cpp or that regime that started the project will clamour for credit to themselves or party forgetting about the millions that had already been thrown into it this is where all these evil thoughts has brought us.When this Mills came on he said it was not about him or who did what so he decided to continue with all abandoned projects.Though that guy was another slow po I admired him for that.Look at N 1 it was started by Kuffuor but continued from where he left off never said it was started by somebody so forget it.He was never worried about all kinds of name callings,look at the Bui Dam he continued from where kuffuor left off,Ofankor road etc.that another guy who never thought about himself but more about Ghana.The sad part was that people around him such Asiedu Nketia etc.brought him down and unfortunately this Nketia guy etc around Mahama also pretending as if they are helping but the opposite.They also try to tell Mahama only what he wants to hear.If anybody ever thinks any govt can be supplier of utilities such as water and electric we will be deceiving ourselves for another long long long years.Govt is to just regulate and collect taxes when it comes to areas such as utilities.Folks will yes fear the scary word private but that is where developed countries have gone to.We need to send fact finding delegation very serious delegation to the USA to learn how it is done that is why we call it global village every nation needs each other.Check with NJ and other companies such as KOhls etc.to also learn how solar is becoming more and more feasible at the long run.Initially it might not seem cost effective for the long haul it is.Just do the research with companies,cities and states such as New Jersey who are into it big time.Even my company at our recent CEO meeting it is being decided to go solar panels.
