The power challenges that are being suffered in Ghana in particular is nothing to do with consistent customers its the lack of efficiency within organisations that are managing them. Akosombo has gone through minimal upgrading since Kwame Nkrumah built it. Monies apparently owed by companies to ECG is massive. The question is to be asked, if this was a private company could such inefficiencies go on for so long and it could for how long!
