    There are some decisions while microeconomically prudent may be macroeconomically disastrous. Selling ECG is one of them.

    most electric companies in USA are private owned...When they are gov owned its a job program for the MP"S whores and family....people are paid to do nothing...Private companies expand service..you can sell what you don't have ...
