  This is good news. Hope billionaires would help with research and development of renewables in African institutions partnering with African companies owned by Africans.
  Solar, wind, mini hydros, biomass in all lower and higher institutions of learning, markets, lorry parks and hones and ministries is needed.
  Government needs to allow individuals to generate power in their homes and sell to national agencies through reverse metering. Actions, not words.

  Get your self together, make use of the which normally belongs to the folk and use it as investment into alternative energy system. With all the oil your are producing. Even USA and Germany without producing oil is able to do so.
  It is all about theories instead of putting things into practices...
