RELEASE THIS MONEY TO THE BANKS TO GIVE TO THE RURAL FOLKS. LET THEM REPAY WITH INTEREST.GOVT MUST NOT BE A FATHER CHRISTMAS. ALL FUNDS MUST BE GIVEN TO THE BANKS WHO WILL ADMINISTER THEM ON BEHALF OF THE GOVT.
