    In the budget presented, funds in the stabilization fund had been used to fund gov't expenditure?
    Does the Petroleum Revenue Management Act provide for the NDC gov't to use the stabilization fund for gov't expenditure?

    If the government can attempt to find solutions to these 3 issues. Things will be better. Instead, they borrow the funds and steal. Jail or even death is a must!

    If that is their argument, the "Public Interest and Accountability Committee (PIAC)" should as well be very interested in how those "petroleum laws" are written and enacted, in the first place.
