  I am particularly glad the head of CAGD has clarified some issues concerning the payment systems. However We should always make adequate preps before adopting certains systems. If some GES directors (employers) cannot get feedback from their employees pays or salaries consequently some gross irregularities can occur.
  We need controls and counter check systems when monies are involved.
