  KNUST failed to rusticate and report to the police a female student who beat up her roommate; the lecturers have been bought. It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement when recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
  
  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

  This is a good reason for teachers to pay themselves when they go on strike as is done in the UK. The TUC and GMA, the perennial strikers must emulate GNAT, stash away funds to pay their members any time they go on strike.

  Another way of chop chop by managers. Did the national council contact the teachers who are finally the beneficiaries. Members are already over taxed and yet GNAT comes up with a scheme to rob. They should tell the members the package they are able to pay teachers if they retire after ten years.

  If the returns of the GNAT Fund is correct then they have done well. What has SSNIT achieved thus far, other than providing huge perks and big paychecks for their executives and supporting every foolish investment the government undertakes? I am not sure whether GNAT Fund's returns have been adjusted for inflation. Compare the GNAT Fund to SSNIT with government backing who pay their executives like a private asset management company. Compare GNAT to SSNIT who invest your pensions in foolish projects and abandons them or sells them for less later. You seem to be exposing your ignorance and are just on this site to spew "not well-thought-out" remarks.
