  the enjoyment of decent work in the sub region is going to be a mirage if an important department like labour which champion it lacks the same decency within its own fold. For example throughout the country no regional labour office can boast of any motorized vehicle of its own. Labour work is not sedentary so the TUC should help impress upon the government to resource the department to be able to function as its present state does not only scare clients but demoralizes and kills the interest of the staff.
