There must be regulations about how many people could live in a unit, there must be clear regulations about what you can put outside of your unit, there must be regulations about what additions, modification occupants can make, etc.

What a shame!!! Nkrumah built the entire Tema township with Ghanaians, but today this small project cannot be built by Ghanaians but by the Chinese.what a retrogression !!!
