  SOONER THE BETTER AND THIS IS WHAT A TROPICAL COUNTRY NEED NOT IMPORTING FOOD INTO A TROPICAL ECONOMY. BEING SELF SUFFICIENT IN FOOD AND NET EXPORTER IS A BIG GAIN FOR SUCH ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION
