  My personal congratulations to the Institute for the steps taken to influence public decisions for the good of the country. This is the right step in the right direction. I will want to suggest that the Faculty of Corporate Governance is expanded to include Leadership. Thus it becomes Corporate Governance and Leadership. Leadership is of such crucial element and hence should feature prominently in the faculty. We should remember that everything rises and falls on Leadership, and hence Leadership should be distinct in the faculty.
