Dr. Kuffour do not forget there are no jobs in Ghana and besides the wage bill is extremely high with many ghost names.
You want us to train for the Job market good but is it for market outside Ghana where the jobs are?

You have a PhD and a lecturer. Who are you waiting for. Why don't take the initiative and change things. By the way where are the jobs? All the universities have failed their students. The culture and mentality of these institutions have not changed our independence. You educate these poor souls to go and find jobs. The pen pushing mentality, It is high time you realise that self-employment is a viable career option and develop programmes or course in entrepreneurship to equip them with entrepreneurial skills so that they can start their own businesses. Remember, the back bone of any economy is the Small and Medium Enterprises. Get off your high horse.
