  How can it take the NDC govt. to construct a 45km stretch of road, fromAsikuma to Have in the Volta Region, their 'world bank' more than 3 yrs.
  Traffic volume between Asikuma and Peki stretch has reduced, making travelling very difficult; vehicular breakdown has become normal.
  They can leave the road undone bcos we have made up our mind already towards election 2016
