Very funny..as at now, ghanaians don't know how to grow business.."business incubator" What does it mean?.. Waste of resources!!

Could any of the electricity generating or power distribution companies assure the incubator service providers that there will be electricity to power their PCs and laptops? This is the Ghana we live!
