Indeed, the strikes are becoming too much! somebody invests his or borrowed capital to set a business. He has taken the risk in setting up a business, and provides you with the opportunity to make a living. You may have grievances but try to settle. If you try to be unnecessarily stubborn the owner of capital, within the confines of the law can get rid of you, so as to protect his capital. Others are waiting in line to occupy your previous position. This is supply and demand, and it is part of Capitalism. So,always be mindful of the opportunity that has been offered you, and see the business man's risk too. There is no free lunch any where!
Tell your spouses why you have been fired.

It is okay to go on a strike, in a democracy but it is also okay for a business man to hire and fire in the same capitalist democracy, so it is for you enjoying the services of the businessman/investor to use your head, when you know very well that you have no support back at home.
Dangote surely does not play.

Dangote himself is a workaholic and that's how he got to where he is today, whoever wants to work for Dangote must be prepared to work for their money and not indulge in unneccessary unionism to demand undeserved salaries. The man Dangote has investments in cement and energy plants in 16 African countries and its still growing to cover more than half of African countries. He single handedly made Nigeria self sufficient in cement production and now even export cement to other countries around the world. Let no Ghanaian workers break that culture of hard work dedication if Dangote is concerned, he'll not entertain it a bit and that's what he's exhitited by the sack of these lazy 17 workers.

Understand this masses, politicians are business people too! Know that here in the US politicians are also real estate investors. They know that 74% of the wealthiest people in the world are also real estate investors. So US laws favor R.E. investors. So in places like GH, how much land does Dangote own? Proof he and politicians in GH are of the same yoke....business people. So the vast majority of locals in GH are tenants. Therefore, crying to politicians about what they should do to Dangote is like crying to man about his own brother.
Get smart locals, become R.E. investors yourselves so you too will build wealth for your family-line and not have to count on 'jobs only' to survive. You with relatives in the US, send them here to learn to be trained in R.E. investing:

17 Dangote workers sacked and compensated accordingly. so my question is what brought about the sacking? is it bcos of their strikes & demonstration requesting management for better salaries and working conditions? am an employee my self so i believe in hard work, but do hard work really pay well for employees? i doubt that! bcos am living proof, a poorly paid worker having tons of bills to settle with pressure from all walks of life might
do wrong to make things right in his life. pls dont get me wrong, i dont support cutting corners, stealing and fraud. but our GH politicians are all thieves, investors and employers are all the same, they cheat on working to make big turn over. they dont care about your well being & your life. do you know the number of people who die to make these rich folks richer?
I tell you the truth, All millionaires and Billionaires make their wealth truth corrupt, cheat & fraudulent means one way or the other, its only the wise ones who gives back to society what they fraudulently took like Bill Gate.
