GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.
I would want to ask what qualification does one need to be a lecturer in a tertiary institution. Is it a masters or a doctorate degree.
