Look why must all financial and administrative offices of such projects be concentrated in only Tamale? What of the other districts? No wonder North will continue to fail because politics and greed has been entrusted to "garbage" people

This is a dustbin report and should be shelved. We need a breakdown of the numbers, location, when construction started and so on. These old crooks will pay for all these lies whether dead or alive.
