Very laudable, but the country's populace has very poor culture of consuming processed food. Super markets have on their shelves these products but are they being well patronized? My suggestion is also to develop very good storage structures both at the farm gates and at the marketing centers to prevent post harvest losses. Yam suffers a lot of post harvest damage during harvesting, loading, transportation and further compounded by exposure to heat from the sun by retailers and wholesalers by the roadsides and the open markets (Afienya /Graphic Road).
