    SCALE ADJUSTMENT BY PURCHASING CLERKS(PCs) AND THEIR DISTRICT OFFICERS(DOs) IS A BURDEN ON THE INCOME OF THE COCOA FARMER. IF I LOOSE 10kgs ON EVERY SINGLE BAG, I SOLD TO THE PC. WHERE IS MY MOTIVATION? Mr Opuni!

    the district officers deduct 3kgs on each bag of cocoa. that is where the purchasing clerks also ajors the scales. it cut across all LBCs.
