The transaction smacks of fraud. The majority holding of Directors have either no experience in banking and finance or an embarrassing failing past in banking and finance, such as Kingsley Fletcher (alias Drolor Bosso Adamtey I). He founded a little home-grown credit union in North Carolina that never amounted to anything and in which most of its loans were defaulted upon. It ceased to exist within just a few years. This is who the Bank of Ghana entrusted to run Merchants? Laughable!
