How can you invest in Ghanaian investors in order to create Ghanaian market for Ghanaians. You are bringing foreigners into our country to intensify our dependency.

to get federal funds...only school bus are diesel..and now tractor trailers(lorry) and getting natural gas engines like the transit bus
