  Please for once, lets approach agriculture VALUE CHAIN approach. This will not only enhance our industrial transformation but more importantly create many more jobs along the chain and help preserve the little foreign exchange reserves we have as a country.
  
  Otherewise the silo approach will keep us in perpetual poverty.
