  Dan shut up, you are ignorant of what they are talking about. Jubilee partners are talking about safety audit of the gas plant and the pipelines, which is different from hydrotesting a pipepline

  It is absolutely important that the Ghana gas plant and pipelines are audited to ensure they can be operated safely when gas is introduced into the system

THERE MUST BE EDUCATION ON THE RADIO AND TELEVISION REGARDING PIPELINES OF GAS. BY THE WAY, DOES GHANA HAVE REGULATIONS OR CODES FOR GAS TRANSMISSION? ARE THE CORRIDORS PROTECTED AND AT WHAT DEPTH ARE THE PIPIES BURIED IF AT ALL. SERIOUS EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS URGENTLY NECESSARY. DO NOT PLAY WITH GAS ELSE A WHOLE TOWN WILL BE WIPED OUT JUST LIKE THAT.

  THE MOST IMPORTANT aspect of this whole plant should be safety as OKOE pointed out.
  
  Residents of villages and towns situated along the gas line all the way to the customers' premises should be educated about the dangers of tampering with the gas line. All that is needed to blow a village up is a 'wimpy' spark near the tiniest leak in the pipline. Even the smallest electrostatic electricty which sometimes gets generated by the clothing material we wear can be deadly around a leaky gas line.
  
  So the government should invest in a public safety awareness education to let the citizens know that anyone who tries to syphon gas from these lines is basically signing his or her own death certificate and probably those of hundreds of other innocent citizens' too.
  
  OKOE... THANKS FOR THAT WARNING. HOPEFULLY, THOSE PUT IN CHARGE OF THE PLANT WILL READ YOUR CAUTIONARY NOTE AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.

  WATER AND GAS ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. YOU CANNOT TEST WATER PIPELINES THE SAME AS GAS PIPELINES. THEY HAVE DIFFERENT DENSITIES AND METHODOLOGY IN THEIR TESTING. THEIR PRESSURES ARE NOT THE SAME.

  WATER AND GAS ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. YOU CANNOT TEST WATER PIPELINES THE SAME AS GAS PIPELINES. THEY HAVE DIFFERENT DENSITIES AND METHODOLOGY IN THEIR TESTING. THEIR PRESSURES ARE NOT THE SAME.

  independent inspector will confirm if the NDC Has plant is safe. Foll all we know NDC con burn the whole of an area because of a fake gas plant.
