But, from what the Head of Communication of VRA is saying, it appears the company hasn't got what it takes to announce such decision. In every restructuring of a company operations, retrenchment and/or redeployment of workers is bound to happen. If not then why talking about restructuring. Even if its operations are transferred to another company or sold off, scarcely the same number and/or type of workers in the previous company are engaged, except in the case of expansion of operations.
