In UK Westham United stadium, which is about the size of Rawlings park, is going to be tramsformed into 700 homes in 2016.... 2,3,4 bedrooms. In Ghana these 700 homes will srtetch from Accra circle to Nkawkaw or Konongo. Then we will have to extend electricity, water and roads to cover the distance. Electricity looses power and water looses pressure the further they travel from the source. Additional transformers and booster stations do not help; they rather add to the problem because they consume electric power. This is commonsense which our so-called doctors, professors,experts and politicians should have figured out long ago. Until we set limits to the unnecessary expansion of our cities and towns, no amount of effort can solve the electricity, water and road problems. I am the only one with the solution, but it will charge for that info.
