    FOOLISH BASTARDS. NOW YOU HAVE SENSE. HOW CAN YOU DEMAND AN INCREASE OF 160% IN TARIFF PAID BY CUSTOMERS. IT DOES AND HAS NEVER HAPPENED ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WITH SUCH AN INCREASE. BLOODY HEADS.
