    I HOPE THEY MAINTAIN NOT JUST DRIVE ON IT BY THOSE DISTRICTS. I THINK IS ABOUT TIME GHANA DECENTRALISED AND HAVE LOCALLY ELECTED DISTRICT, MUNICIPAL AND REGIONAL LEADERSMAYORS WITHOUT GOVERNMENT APPOINTING THEM

    with govenors for regions( states) and city mayors. Elect ama/kma/sma etc,,elect school board to oversee local school operations..Even the large districts like Accra and Kumansi should be responsible for water and waste water ...

    make sure either weigh bridge( scale) is installed on the road or police or hiway department is given a portable set of scales
