  Yes, transparency and speed of the clearing process and no bribe-paying to "officials" and no necessity of hiring "agents" - that's what the customers like.
  
  I want to see a comprehensive and brief list beforehand of the fees, customs and duties to be paid and the stations that have to be passed to fetch something from the harbour or airport or post-office.
