  This is clearly another case of "create, loot and share". The NDC government is a government with no sense of shame. Where are they going to get the two million shea nut trees from to plant? And they are definitely not going to involve Forestry Commission or the Min. of Agric. Another five million cedis in the pocket of NDC cronies.
