Misleading title which do not come out with any target numbers set up by the government for the entire regions in this venture which is of no sense bearing in mind that not all the regions have the suitable land for rice production. Why not setting target for cocoa production which has been the core of our economy in all the regions if that is feasible? Always proposing stupid agendas which saw "Nkonfem" flown to Burkina with tax payers money gone into drains.

Bauxite (from the Western Region) --- 333,458 mt
Manganese (from the Western Region) --- 596,572 mt
(Source mining policy of Ghana)
Value today:
Gold --- $1400 per oz
Diamond --- from $1500 to $150,000 per carat (depending on the quality)
Bauxite --- $150 per mt
Manganese --- $450 per tonne
The at least 12 Akyem districts make up more than half of the population of the Eastern Region.
Even though today diamond production from Akyem has stopped temporarily Akyem districts must be given their fair share of projects.
How have you allocated development projects over the decades taking revenue generation by region into account??
