I concur. Its not governments responsibility to provide housing for citizens and the police. Its most developed countries the private sector builds houses. Also, in Germany and Japan home ownership is low. Most Germans rent.

The NDC gov't is not fit for governance and Ghana needs to jettison them with alacrity when the opportunity presents itself.
