When are the envoys designates proceeding to their countries of accreditation.How long does it take an envoy or envoys to take up their appointments accredited to them to represent the Nation.Iam worried about the new phinominon of Ambassadors or envoy desgnnates retarded to the country without going to the countries they are schedulled to represent.
