The youth who are the backbone of the Ghanaian economy shouldn't shy away from farming. We should take up farming as a profession and add value to the produce which our parents couldn't do.

sould like the mill wants the farms to suffer some of burden..Let the pay value of kernel in advance..then the factory can deal with making a profit..is this set up as co-op?
