How many times has the NDC refused to release funds for this project? The Chinese bank has already released all the funds needed to complete the project to this government but the NDC keeps holding on to it. How many times do they want Ghana Gas Company to cry for help before they stop this bullshit?

Just a week ago he told journalist all funding issues have been resolved, today he is here talking about lack of funds. It just appears to me this project is far from completion.
