    Over $1 billion! That could pay for refitting TOR, so that Ghana could refine its own light crude oil. Instead, oil AND coal is to be imported. Have you wondered why?

    Most performing my foot! Tell this to the Americans or Europeans or even the South Africans and they will lynch you in broad daylight. Maybe he should keep up with the dumsor rather. That's the best encouragement he can get.
