This whole problem started way back in the 90's when Tsikata had to pay his rent, in Ghana, in dollars as the head of the Petroleum exploration project. We legalized the use of the dollar on our own land. We are a bunch of people who reverence foreign products over local ones. What do you expect? BoG give us a break. Only in Africa that one would proudly say I am a banker--because they are yanfularizing the economy. Give us a break.

I work and bring my salary in $ USD to Ghana and you control it. Ghana government is not serious. I will just open an account elsewhere and that is it.
