The leadership at SSNIT need to do more to make it a useful institution to pensioners. The media is full of complaints about their lack of delivery and slow delivery of pension benefits: Long waiting periods, incorrectly calculated benefits, delays in paying pensions/death benefits, failure to pay, the list is endless. Hopefully this prayer session is the beginning of better service delivery to the people. Change must be nationwide not just limited to Accra

SOME OF THE OWNERS ARE SUPPOSEDLY OWNING JETS YET THEY DID NOT PAY THEIR LOANS TO THE BANK BANKROLLED BY SSNIT. PLEASE, WATCH THE MANAGERS OF SSNIT TO REALIZE THEIR OBLIGATIONS TO PENSIONERS. THEY HAVE WORKED ALL THEIR LIVES AND PAID THEIR SHARE TO SSNIT AND EXPECT TO GET PAID AND ON TIME WHEN DUE WITH NO DELAYS AND EXCUSES TO CLIENTS.
