The over-dependence on this Chinese loan facility is the problem. I think government should look for other sources of funding and dedicate it to the gas project. Alternatively, partners in the oil exploration could also be invited to invest on public/partnership basis to move the project forward. The continuing delay of the project has very huge social, economic and political ramifications which we cannot afford as a country.
